ARPA Foundation collaborated with the Department of Botany, Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College, Delhi University, to organize a national symposium focused on Himalayan ecology. The event facilitated interdisciplinary dialogue among researchers, policymakers, students, and environmental experts, addressing key ecological challenges and promoting collaborative research and policy engagement.
This initiative reinforces ARPA Foundation’s commitment to advancing environmental research, promoting climate awareness, and building collaborative networks to address critical ecological challenges, particularly in sensitive regions like the Himalayas.





On the occasion of International Zero Waste Day, ARPA Foundation co-organized a national-level hybrid seminar bringing together students, faculty, and environmental experts. The event facilitated discussions on sustainable development, responsible consumption, and plastic waste management. Expert talks, interactive sessions, and institutional dialogue promoted actionable approaches toward zero-waste practices.
This initiative strengthens ARPA’s commitment to environmental sustainability by driving awareness, collaboration, and actionable change. It positions ARPA as a proactive contributor to climate responsibility and grassroots behavioral transformation aligned with zero-waste and sustainable development goals.




The ARPA Opportunity Foundation, in collaboration with PGDAV College, University of Delhi; the Institute of Mountain Environment, Bhaderwah Campus, University of Jammu; the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA), Regional Centre J&K; and Earth, successfully organised a two-day international workshop on 5-6 March 2026 to deepen cross-sector understanding of climate-linked human-environment dynamics in the Indian Himalaya.
This workshop advances ARPA's mission by connecting academic evidence, institutional collaboration, and community knowledge to produce actionable climate insight for fragile mountain ecosystems.
